It is fair to say, after years in the corporate world, that my passion for tattoo removal and skin rejuvenation began in a way that can only be described as the polar opposite to anyone else in this field! Most tattoo removal operators began with their own tattoo removal experience. I happened to fall in love with the concept whilst searching for my very first tattoo. When I began researching tattoo studios and designs, I came across so many friends, family members and strangers with tattoo regrets. Some had received tattoo removal treatments and been mildly satisfied, where others had been left traumatised by their removal experiences.
The Accountant in me felt that there had to be a better way to stack the odds! So began my frantic search for the perfect equation that would equal greater results, with less discomfort and an overall better experience.
And with this, I found an opportunity to change the way the industry was perceived and the experience that people could have. This is where my passion lies & where I realised I could join all of the skills I had accumulated to this point to create some magic!
It was important to me that if I was to penetrate this market, I wanted to do it with my client & their experience at the centre of all my decisions.
It took me almost 2 years, in which time I researched, met with engineers, distributors, completed courses in Laser Safety, Laser Tattoo Removal, Dermal Therapies, Laser Skin Rejuvenation, as well as completed extensive practical training & experience, but I have finally made it!

I performed extensive research into the best technology available for tattoo and pigmentation removal and skin rejuvenation & have partnered with Syneron Candela, the global leader in aesthetic laser devices and have invested in their market-leading PicoWay® device.
The PicoWay delivers ultrashort picosecond pulses of energy to the tissue. These bursts of energy create a photoacoustic (shattering) impact, rather than a photothermal (heat) impact. The PicoWay emits less heat energy than traditional lasers providing safer, more comfortable treatments with fewer side effects.
This is the only laser device on the market with 3 true Picosecond wavelengths for tattoo and pigment (1064nm, 532nm and 785nm), as well as 2 wavelengths with fractional technology for rejuvenation, making it the safest and most effective for removal of pigmentation, tattoos of all colours, as well as for skin rejuvenation and acne scarring on all skin types.

This device is considered to be the Gold Standard in Laser Hair Removal. It’s dual wavelength operating system offers effective laser hair removal on the widest variety of skin & hair types. It includes the 755nm wavelength Alexandrite Laser and the 1064nm wavelength ND:Yag Laser. The Gentle Pro also reduces wrinkles and removes pigmented lesions including age spots, freckles and sun damage.
